Is it REALLY a question though?

Find ways to stash or spend your cash: buy points, pay upkeep, buy beer and resell it later, etc...
If you know when your mugger strikes, you can foil his schemes if you're creative enough. And if he gets nothing from you, he'll move on sooner than you think!
This should go in the Q&A forum; but basically you are getting mugged by someone with better dexterity than you, so you don't see who attacked you. When you can't see who mugged you, it shows up as someone.
1.Stash your money somewhere - if you are high enough to unlock casino put it in the bookies on a bet few days away then when you want money back change the bet.
2.train, use all your energy for training at the moment. you will overtake new player muggers.
3. if you are wanting to play the game long term get in touch via messages and will help you along.

Is it REALLY a question though?
How did you manage to make four enemies already? I'm not trying to be a smart-ass, but genuinely curious. Do you talk a lot in New Players chat? Post something there or in a mail that would get other players angry? Seems like you must have done something to annoy multiple people, so you could be getting mugged by more than one "someone."
In addition to the methods others have mentioned to protect your cash, you could find a stock you like and purchase shares, or put some in the bank for a week at a time, or buy items that hold their value and are liquid (like drugs or plushies) so you can resell quickly. Keep your on-hand cash low.
very easy to make enemies, likely they marked him as a mugging target.
no it should go in a cri fourm
but in all seriousness, its part of the game, you just need to work on different ways to protect your money
also i doubt you are losing all that much even though it may seem that way
If it's like clockwork then adjust your schedule to ruin theirs. If they always attack you at, say, 6pm TC Time then simply stash your money before that time. There's loads of guides in T&G that you can look at to help you figure out where to put your cash.
Not really, but I thought if I answer questions that no one asked maybe when I'm rich enough I could run for president.
