After selecting the 1m wheel, I clicked the spin button and immediately got a notification that "you're now in the hospital"...after rotating for approx 6 revolutions, the wheel stopped on Leslie Lo and behold...

Kicked in the throat by Leslie
You are in hospital for another 32 minutes and 8 seconds! You better stay and rest. WTF???

Results are pre-determined. Your doctorn probably made a tick towards the servers like it refreshes every 5 seconds/10 seconds depends what you put it on so it must count as an action.
