we did a large group attack an enemy faction member and when we came close to killing this guy
the message came up saying Evil-Cat finished the fight (like it should)
but he said that he had the same thing with me finishing the fight before he did...

please note that me and him did 9,9k dmg and this guy only has: 5355 hp

This is a rare situation when you both made a hit in very same time (also in combination with some server lag) so system was not able to decide, who actually won the fight. I can't say that this is fine, but this is something with that we must live with because of some system restrictions that can't be changed right now. But I hope that this will not happen again.
