Is it better to start a sweet shop from scratch? or is buying an established one better?
and if buying is better...what star level is advice-able to buy and how much can i get it.

It depends on personal preference etc, if you have education it would be a lot easier to gain stars and have the company run better, but if you didn't then it would be harder, if you want a challenge start from scratch if you want to buy one buy a 7* +.
how much can i get a 7* swt shop??
250 million maybe? 200 I'm not sure but 8 stars sell for 300 - 350 million I believe.
