Looks like the devs f**ked it up when they change it to the formatting system. The default auto formatting can't over what you have on hand so they will have to modify it or use a new code to allow it.

Same issue when selling a castle to agent (firefox)
same issue selling any property, palace, beach house.... instead of putting a price of selling its trying to buy with cash on hand. then the sell button doesnt light up even to sell back to city

same issue, trying to sell castle,,,, instead of putting the price i want...its put the cash on hand
Cant sell a beach house to estate agent. Sell button is just grayed out.
