Is there a addon that i can use which will allow me to track what individual crimes i have done.
If you check your stats it has a list of the crimes you have committed by type. If that's what you mean?
Yes, actually, there is the api which shows your crimes and in what specific areas (which is also visible on Torn).
IceBlueFire however has made a site, which uses this api, called TornStats which has a feature that tracks your crimes:

Okay il check when I land. Also is there way to check your person stats while flying.
I prefer to use something more pleasant to the eye such as a table.
No you can't check your stats while you are away from torn.
You can with TornStats or maybe other extensions...
