Hey all, i started a sweet shop a few days ago, I've had 2 employees since I started, but none of them seem to be gaining working stats, does the business need 1 star to give working stats, or is it bugged?

Stat gains are based on how efficient they are, the figure listed in the company positions page are the maximum they can get but if they are not at full stars then they will get a lower amount daily.
