When you put a property up for lease do you have to pay for the upkeep or does the tenant pay all the upkeep plus the initial amount that you list the property for?

who resides in the property pays the upkeep an staff cost.
Logically.
the owner just gets the rent.
if tenant does not pay... DUKE, the LOAN SHARK takes care of it.

Sorry but this may sound stupid, but how do we lease?
If you want to lease out a property you own, click on properties, then click the rental icon and follow the prompts.
If you want to lease a property from someone else, then go to the estate agent and click on rentals
That's the problem actually, I can't find the 'Rental' icon in my property.
you have to make sure that you are not living at the property that you would like to rent. Otherwise click on the property that you would like to lease and then click the button that says lease and you have to enter the amount that you would like to earn from the lease into the box and click ok. Hopefully that helped you out if anything else just ask.

do yoy guys think leasing works as income here? do enough people lease that you could make money off this?
I put my trailer up for rent super cheap to see if any newbies wanted it for the tutorial missions but no bites. There may be a market for more valuable properties.
