I cant open setting, faction, message page.It's just keep loading and nothing happen.
It was happen to the forums too but already fix by toshykazu.
I use google chrome and I captured when the forum errors.it is in my image

What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache?
I'll pass to Chedburn to see if he's aware of any issues with the loading bubbles
