Several incidents near me; one threatening children with a machete; one peering in an elderly lady's window at night; one jumping out and frightening an elderly man who fell and was injured and one standing in the middle of an unlit coastal cliff road in the middle of the night (who frankly I would have run over rather than brake and take a photo as appeared in my local paper this week).
Anyone taking part in such crap is a twatwaffle of the highest order. Pathetic.
