Nope we got screwed because we didn't complain enough apparently. A lesson taught here is if something does go wrong however minor in the future to kick up the biggest fuss possible right at the height of all the whining …

Were you inactive for more than a week? I've heard after so many days of not logging in you start getting refills.

I thought maybe others would have the same and we could discuss, but maybe this is one for Q&A.
Did you miss the credits on mission due to blackout of torn? I didn't do the mission on that day so I can't double check.

Damn, if only they'd give refills for all the energy I lost on attacks when the server problems were supposedly "fixed".

You get refills for being inactive.

Me too. I am active and was active the day before the reset was made last week, the day it was done and the day after.
I find it really unfair that SOME people were given refills for what they lost during the reset and others were not.
I do hope Ched issues more compensation refills to us players who actively complete missions and were effected by the reset that was done. AND not just to people who complain inside the public forums. (Not everyone uses the forums, they too should receive compensation in my opinion).
my friend logged in after not playing for a while maybe a year and has over 100 refils, not really sure what he did to deserve that other than not playing i guess lol sweet for him
After a period of inactivity a player gets a certain amount of refills depending on how long they've been gone
