Balanced stats will always be better in a fight than unbalanced stats(like an extreme focus on defense, for example).
Also, I'm pretty sure Defense needs to be minimum 13x the attacker's Strength in order to take 0 damage per hit from them, so Hamce's 1.6 bil Defense isn't even coming close against your 500m Strength.
Good numbers for comparison though, thanks for posting the attack log.

Balanced stats are generally better but different builds work for different setups, remember that your armour and weapon stats aren't balanced and neither (or unlikely) are your passives... So your stats can be built around your setup accordingly
they're pretty close to being correct too on damage reduction figures, at 13x defence you have 98% damage reduction, 100% at 14x

OT: Gz OP, I'd work on the rest of your stats though :P Dexterity at least next because you'll have the balboas special gym available
