its ok for a first , but if your serious about improving i would suggest reading and experimenting with different tutorials , especially those that cover the basics of sig making.

Hit up some tutorials my dude. You can find a bunch over at deviantart or there are some video tutorials on youtube. I don't think it's best to try and sell your stuff at the moment as you're just starting.
