we should be able to take some items with us while travelling . like if we have a limit of 10 items , we could take a FAK with us and buy only 9/10 abroad. this would be very helpful.

well what is travelling?
travelling is a privellege given to us so we can make a bit of money, save a bit of money, what ever you benefit from travelling, even if it means to flee from getting hit.
Having medical items abroad is a privellege too much... and anyway if you could have some meds abroad, why not just make a life there, own a company, have a faction, own a PI there
