With my experience, anyone who's asking for a minimum 15+ hits always scam.

Pay for every hit is the best choice.

He paid me every time before when he was buying attacks, as agreed... I think he just doesn't want to be bothered with dozens of payments each day so he wants a minimum number of hits.
