Faction War Declarations

Right now only Leaders and Co-Leaders can declare a faction war.

I suggest an addition to the permissions set in the faction control panel; we have various levels of access to the armoury and a permission set for OC -- with chaining being a thing even when leaders and co's aren't online, and when the faction may have a shortage of targets, there should be an option for allowing "generals" (or whatever applicable title you associate) an ability to declare additional wars as well.

This could or could not be extended to declaring victory over another faction as well.

That's why it would be a permission you would grant.

Someone is stupid and /or won't do it right? They don't get it. Just like with any faction permissions.

Then that would be your fault for allowing "tards in your faction" the permission for declaring wars.

I like it. It's a good contingency plan.

I don`t think ched would change it, because he hopes soon start territory wars and all chain mechanic would change with it.

If the declaration system in the territory update is still limited to just the Leader and Co (I'm unaware if the update will affect this), then this would still be relevant.
