A peacekeeping force, to occupy Myanmar and tell the government stop doing this to those you (the government) consider none citizens.
How large would this peace keeping force be,
what rules of engagement would it have,
Where would the Peacekeeping force come from as in which country would allow the UN soldiers to have unrestricted access to Myanmar,
And 'any means necessary' does that mean a potential replacement of the government?

I'm pretty sure UN really wants to help. But due to the fact that they are working on limited information, they cannot make hasty decisions. Therefore, they launched independent investigations to find out what's really going on before they make their next move. UN is powerful but the sad reality is that UN still relies on powerful countries for their military power. They can't do things as they wish. Cross country conflict isn't solved so easily.

Besides "Great Britain" has agreed to be more China friendly and has a nuclear power plant development with them.

Maybe when there is an unbiased battle station in orbit of Earth controlled with orders from Saturn's central space station then simple drop ships with marines and drone tech can instantly deploy and fix the world's problems - until then be mindful of the products you buy and where they come from.

you started off with this was a reaction to fatalities to their military members. did you forget that somewhere along the way? when you ATTACK a military force you are declaring war more times than not. when your people are targeted as a result you cant cry foul. sucks for the people, yes, but that's what happens when piss in someone elses Wheaties. you cant ask a govt or force to have more consideration for the people attacking you than they have for yours.

my point was no UN peacekeeping force, or any other force, is stopping terrorism from happening. eventually a cleansing is going to happen if those within those circles don't put an end to it themselves. sad I know, but it is inevitable at this point. people can only watch their allies and countrymen die for so long before they've had enough.

diplomacy has failed so far. aggressors in these areas aren't willing to negotiate or stick to their agreements if they do. might as well let them sort it out themselves at this point.
