Did the 14 occurrences in a month figure turn out to be accurate (even if not intentional)?

"very low probability", is still a probability that it has happened so you're taking a risk on a staff member which you wont let do certain things becuase they had a "low probability" i'd like more transparency the fact that nobody was told about this untill this thread in itself is worrying.

It was only handled by secretaries, with helpers/mods purely asking questions and noting the account, since secretaries only have access to the tools needed to recover those accounts.

How on earth you've made this decision is beyond me. I specifically told you what had happened. I also told you that the staff member in question had been trained several times, what's another round of training going to do here?

What would interviews of other staff members/players have turned up in this situation? Since they weren't aware of what had happened, how can they give you accurate responses to your interviews.

This panel you speak of, who was actually qualified to provide a full response to it. Clansy and I spoke for about 2 days on this issue, and the staff member didn't provide any real response as to why this situation happened, even after being provided with evidence.

No idea what's going on in this game, Ched, but it's bad.

I think this just proves Ched does not give a crap about the privacy and security of his players accounts.

I left because I didn't like where Ched wanted to take this game. It's very clear now I made the right decision.

I would like to see either a forum or news paper articles with crimes against Torn. You can explain what the crimes are without the names so that we can see what kinds of cheating is going on. Also keep others from trying the same things. All you see it in Federal Jail see staff notes. I have wondered what the people did to get fedded. Just another thing to read about the game and make it interesting.

I am sure that staff don't talk about any of that in to their friends or faction mates.
