It's fascinating to see people still pull the "You didn't know everything that happened!" line on someone who was very recently the Admin. Oops.

I think staff members should remember that they aren't on trial here, nor are they the ones being challenged. Therefore, you have no need to be on the defensive here...

Naming the staff member who was fired is way over the line, however.

You should set up a system where conclusions (but not investigations) made by staff members are out in the open so there is transparency and accountability for decision making. It would go some way to restore faith and credibility in staff which has been too low for too long, and seems to be going lower.

If such a system were implemented I imagine there would be a lot more drama but it would result in doing a lot more good than hiding it all from scrutiny by the people who just want to play the game.

To stay on topic, 14 illeagle accessed accounts? multiple times run through training and still wasn't able to follow directions? Why would u put a person like that on staff? there's logical thinking that "this person isn'tcapable of doing this job" then what im see is more like "ehhh....guess we'll see how things go, #drama ftw #cuz we can"

OK I guess he/she could be innocent but why de-staff them while the investigation still is under way? Remove powers would have been more appropriate. You know the statement innocent until proven guilty?

there has been, what appears at least, a continued non-transparency with dealings. And that is cause for concern, especially with news like this being discussed.

Clansy and my investigation was complete at the time, and we destaffed based on pure incompetence (trained in the job 4 times), in light of this fact.

The issue with that is they would have to show the corruption to the public.......right now they can claim ppl are paranoid, don't have evidence or the always popular " put on your tin foil hat it's a conspiracy"

I stood down as I didn't like the way the staff were being pushed. The whole thing is going way to corporate, this is just a fun little game, it's not f**king Microsoft. I always thought I was firm but fair as staff, I couldn't give a f**k what faction you were in or your level, you broke the rules, I punished you. Now it's going all Starbucks and the customer is always right...

Marc, I think you would have made a great admin, but this thread comes over as just bad for all the hard working staff. One bad apple shouldn't spoil the whole damn bunch...

And a message for Ched. Pull your head out of your arse and see what's going on in this game I love. I don't know or care about MDK, but that should have been a kick from committee and a 31 fed at best. You need to stand strong on the game and the rules, this is your business, not a commune...
