https://www.torn.com/profiles.php?XID=1 - since they allow Ched to be attacked, he's actually a great person to attack if you want to build weapon xp / missions that have to do with dealing a certain amount of damage, etc. since he only has 100m of each stat iirc.

Note that you can not attack this guy for weapon exp as he is high dex npc.
