If you go to your subscription page right now, it still shows you as confirmed with an active subscription?
And you've tried refreshing your icons through your preferences?
User reports still not being able to get her icons to update, reports being a long time subscriber.
Confirmed to Chedburn for a look.
You are not a subscriber it looks like, did you check your events? I believe the subscription failed.
Is this still an issue?

If you're not a subscriber, you won't have a subscription icon. I'm not sure what the error is here?
