Ok so is there a way to buy multiple items from the item market at one time? Clicking buy then yes over and over is tedious...

This is just another reason a bazaar is a very handy thing to have. Most bulk buying happens either via trade chat or via bazaars. Item Market is for new players, or for people who have nice armors/weapons at competitive prices.

One way to make spare cash starting out is to buy low value items from Item Market and resell for the margin.
