Everytime i try to buy a donator pack via zong it comes up with an error is there a reason for this

i have an iphone 6 i dont think its the phone that is a problem
Perhaps provide:
a screenshot of error
ios version
browser used
im on a computer at the moment, it wont text my phone which is what i want it to do. it keep saying error.
Have you checked the Zong site to see if they will tell you what that particular error means?
i have sorted the problem out
