Just returned from a hiatus and noticed the Refills option with an [N] and [R] next to it. Could some please explain this and how do you gain more?

Don't use em yet!
I think you can save em and use em all at once when you're at max happy to get massive gains
When u go inactive for a long period of time, u start collecting refills to help you get back some of the lost trains... it doesn't completely make up for the lost time but allows you to get a little back
This in a nut shell.
I had 684 refills when I returned few month back, man did I waste them , forgot the hole happy train and gain stuff , wasted them training the wrong way fml

You sure it's [N] and [R]? Seems like it would be [N] and [E] for Nerve and Energy?
