No, there should not be a cap on the amount of stocks you can buy. Having a 1b betting cap on the bookie is bad enough.

Mmm, i love the life of a thread. it's starts out hyped and excited, then that rush gives way to people trying to ride it, which causes people to process their emotions, resulting in debates which in turn cause analysis while the emotional rush falls back, and then everyone is left stranded talking about something already hashed out to a sense of redundancy until it becomes an eyesore and irrelevant...like rubbish on the beach hoping for another wave to break so it may once again surf.

Claiming that every guilty person gets away with it seems strange considering Chedburn his statement regarding this subject. Unless you think he's lying and no committee members have been removed and no one got financial punishments. Or you might think they punished the wrong ones. Which would be ineresting if you can show us proof of that.

you can do that in excel and keep track of the cards...it's basic probability theory. nothing too fancy.

Oh yeah, I get that, but it still means you can just press a button and leave the game to it, the dodgy part is that it automates it and you don't have to do anything.
If he was to get banned then so would the other 20 players,there is no proof he or any other committee member leaked information.
