No, an erotic DVD always gives 2500 happiness.
Using the edvd is going to add 2500 happy regardless. If that puts you over your normal maximum, then it will go away at the next 15 minute mark. (xx:00, xx:15, xx:30, xx:45 of any hour.)
But if you're wanting to use the edvd so you can train at high happy, it will help if you start out with your max happy, instead of a lower happy level.
Not sure if this is completely clear...
He means that any excess happy will reset at the times xx:00, xx:15, xx:30, xx:45 (the happy will return to your max). The +2500 from the edvd does not reset by itself.
