Dirty wssb cash still in the game

oh yeah sure, just let them make more money from cash made illegally... If someone made multis, did sluts on them and sent me 5b randomly - the cash would be removed from the game as it wasn't made legit - they wouldn't just make the multi's main account go neg 5b. They would totally remove it from me, so why let nabisco and bravekath keep those illegal gains? it's the same logic - illegal money = removed.

you remove the players assets companies items money in faction bank thats how you take away their wssb money you dont slap them in - and expect them to withdraw the money to pay if off they potentially used inside committee information to gain profit if they are willing to do that then they are willing to work around being in - amounts of cash for a while till their friend has profited enough to pay them back

it would be very clear to see whats a legit trade a fair exchange of goods for money if you see 135 transferred over a faction company or for a item its fair to say that money needs to removed XD

I'm sure all this will blow over just like the point market scandal and the medical cooldown scandal.

Here's the problem, people letting their feelings get in the way of their judgement. When ched first made the move I assumed he had a lot more to go on, but now he's admitted it's all just speculation. Thus the term "illegal cash" is false, not even ched can prove it was (but apparently the forum warriors can). He has gone as far as he can go while giving reasonable doubt.

im not sure who did what, but if there is illegal monies in the game made from the wssb crap, it should be removed. putting someone in the - is nothing when buds can send you se to use etc.

So it's just a coincidence that Nabisco's spouse invested in wssb then passed all of the cash to nabisco, yeah? Nabisco was removed from the committee cos Ched thinks he's innocent in all of this right? There's no need to be naive here, just because they made sure they didn't slip up on Torn, doesn't mean that it didn't happen.

Well Ched apparently didn't catch my boi nabs with his hands on the cookie jar or he would be in fed. I think it's more an issue of trust. I'm not being naive it's just important to be 100% sure like, there's a difference between how it looks and how it is

They should set a deadline for accounts with negative cash. If it hasn't been repaid by a certain time (maybe after a month or two), then the account will go in fed (or be disabled, so you don't gain any energy and can't attack).

Make so that in addition to the account with negative cash, any accounts related to the incident (in im2slick4u's case: Nabisco) will receive the same punishment. That way, there is an incentive to rectify the situation.

A bit of action has been taken to fix the situation a bit is better than no action being taken at all.

But it does stink quite a bit, it doesnt feel good playing a game honestly for 10 years and knowing there are lots of cheating nerds who can just 'print' play money because they know the right people.

Thats the 1 fatal flaw of having a player committee it takes just 1 rotten apple to ruin it and screw up the game for the vast majority of honest players.

All text browser games do have a dark underside of cheating to them, these types of games do attract a lot of players that way inclined every text browser game i have played is like that, this one included.

A lot of the cheaters are pretty hopeless at playing games in fact most of them are but there are a few really nasty big cheats in every game who are really good at playing games and that combined with their cheating makes them 'unstoppable' and it can and has killed or nearly killed many games.

Ched is smart he makes a nice income from this game he may be wary of upsetting 'big' players but most of the people who play this game arent 'big' players we play this game for fun. It isnt fun to know you are playing a game with lots of overpowered cheaters, most of the cheaters are pretty harmless but it really doesnt feel good knowing there are quite a number of dodgy people in the game you play for many hours everyday.

All the whining might feel like its beating a dead horse but a lot of people really are upset. Ched knows what needs to be done and i think he will be closely monitoring some players from now on.

All ched or slick had to do was ask me to send his money back to him and I would.
