I personally feel there would be more confidence if there was reasonable evidence of wrong doing. If it can be shown that somebody is guilty of cheating, I am fully behind the concept of punishing them. Cheating in a game where anybody has invested time, effort and money should not be tolerated.

This is a great game, and I understand the need to protect it and the experience for your players, but I don't agree with how you've handled this.

Your core problem is the trust you have to place in your committee and even your devs. Anybody could be leaking information in ways that you couldn't trace. And as long as anybody who is involved in the game is in the position of having this kind of privileged information before any others, you have the potential for abuse.

You actions were taken on the assumption that this is what happened in this case, without being able to prove it.

This sets a dangerous president, and jeopardizes the trust the community has in you and your product. It also causes a situation where players are afraid of having the same done to them for any success they have in the stock market. Yes they're being paranoid, but you gave them reason.

What credibility would that be?

Thing is, Relentless is one of the better up and coming factions in this game, and your boys in the commitee aka the JF family doesn't like us cus we wont bend over for them. We in Relentless are the new generation big players and we all do help newcomers into this game, we convince them they should subscribe for the benefits. We buy dp's to build a foundation for our future gameplay.



And as i see it you just piss all over us and call us shady bunch in a mail to one of our members. Now what on earth do you think that does with Torn's credibility?

Torn was and still can be a good game to play Ched does listen to the wrong people and his own stubbornness and lack of knowledge when playing his own game is terrible

since I played the game ched never once actually played his own game and understood what he had to change and what he should not of changed every time you fix something or what you think you fix you wreck 3-4 other things in the process



Now on the Rollback of the stock I see no problem with it most people would of seen WSSB going up at an insane rate and jumped on board Alarm bells should of been ringing at that point to you no one reported the stock to check to see if glitch or anything



if something is to good to be true it normally is so good players and bad players who make or made good profit from WSSB both lose out that's just to bad leaked information led to the money



anyone ched scrap the committee its a joke and corrupt and also pay more attention to your staff you let them of that leech for so long

How do you know it's the opinion of the masses? Have you asked 15k users or are you a mindreader?
And what if the opinion of the masses is that you should fed anyone with over 4b stats? Are you also going to execute that?



If any of Torn's credibility is gone it's because of the arguements your using.

Nash and Hank are innocent IMO - as you say they would have shared info - its something they've always done - hence the best guides have been made by the players in their faction. They share information - shame the committee dont like it.

Also - why is the commitee not made up of 2 people from each of the top HOF factions (the HOF factions care about the game - or they wouldn't be where they are)
