You are requesting a service which is not breaking any rules, so yes, this is allowed in Trading Post forums, but if you throw around accusations about someone in public forums, it is to be expected they defend themselves. Just because something is technically not against the rules it doesn't mean people can't question your reasoning. You shouldn't be surprised with the responses you're getting.
