The cash reward rarely pays the Energy you spend claiming the bounties. The fact that those merits exist keeps people claiming bounties, and the fact that new players don't know they'd be better off not trying to claim bounties keep giving level holders free defends.

Something to encourage warring would definitely be nice. hopefully territory isn't a massive circle jerk party like the beta we will see i guess - should have had a system that encouraged bloodshed and not alliances imo.

With the hype that elimination brought before it was found out that it sucks it's clear people love new shit to spice the game up for them. I would make more events/competitions in torn each month that are fresh, new, and don't suck. Current comps feel stale to me and just suck. even elimination after it's first go is already stale and sucky.

edit: the baby could be born with some stats taken from both parents, maybe parents could choose how many stats to give the baby for when it's born

edit: you have to spend energy, nerve, happiness and life points to make the baby

imbuing the baby with stats could either: only be possible within the first month period of gestation OR a daily mission need to be completed to unlock the baby training gym (could be a lab instead) OR you can only imbue stats if you've gone 24 hours without attacking or bountying someone. maybe all of these conditions.

also taking drugs increases the time it takes to make the baby, but certain drugs trigger certain skills the baby will possess and there are 5% chances of unlocking specific abilities with the completion of different parenting courses. there would be a whole new education for parenting.

TRIGGER ALERT also, baby making is a hidden process, only people who can spy can see if people are making a baby. the reason for this is, players can attempt to abort other peoples babies before theyre born

Go back 2 weeks in space-time and copy all the relevant and extremely useful data recently graved from the Guides Forum.

It going to take me a while to understand why that much effort to benefit all of us gets erased.

I've got alot of it memorized, but getting a bit daft these days. Those 'senior moments' are becoming much more frequent.

Edit: sorry Hera, you wanted a diversion...

Coming from a committee member, this fills me with confidence.... how come it favours alliances? Surely those alliances can be broken for personal gain?

I'd like to see stocks become more complex to actually have fundamentals behind them rather than just a graph that goes up and down. If stocks were actually tied to something (like it says they are but they really aren't) it would make playing the stock market much more interesting in my opinion. The stocks should become real companies with real earnings that are paid out as dividends whether you own 1 share or 1,000,000 shares.

Whoah! How long ago since this was the login screen?

I would add a Mentoring system. Level 15+ can apply as Mentors. Under level 15s can apply to be students. Rewards are given for new players for reaching set milestones such as levels 5, 10 & 15. Mentors also get rewarded with Points for their students reaching these milestones.

Students can then graduate once they achieve Level 15, X amount of in game cash, a set value of net worth and a set amount of total battle stats. This would encourage new players to learn the ropes and stick around. Hopefully reduce the amount of inactives and bring more players to the community.

Chad personally said he wanted it to be a guestfest. Guests now don't have to leave their faction and can gain a lot for the warring faction and the allied faction in territories by helping out as seen in beta.

Great... So the system will literally just make 'family' factions stronger... I wish I'd listened to Marlon Brando when I had the chance
animelive [1564720]

The idea is potentially great but for long term only. Currently the game doesn't have enough active factions to make alliance wars fun.
TrueGeo [2004454]

I like this idea, although i'd put mentors at 85+ as 15 is just so easy to come by, I know people who have got to level 15 by day 2...

On top of that, they should be reliable and trusted that they will be happy to help, I guess we have helpers in the game already but a few people that are fairly dedicated to giving help and guidance to new players.
