Raluca is a bit cheap.. although have traded with her a few times and has never mugged me.. saying that however, she has tried to **** with a NumbNuck when he was starting out and so I wouldn't be surprised if they cancel big trades..

the higher levels have realised if he bounty them they will only get some free defends and some hospitalisation however he cannot keep the bounty up because he is a miser just a few to attempt to scare u then he doesnt put anymore hahahaha
