I left racing for a long time. I am trying to fully upgrade a new class A car. All my other cars use 311 points to fully upgrade. I have 308 points on this new car and cant seem to figure out where the other 3 points are??? Just wondering if anything changed since I did this before? Is a full upgrade still 311 points?
