I have two questions. Is it hard to find someone who is genuinely cares about new players and tries to help them out with advice? Why don't people loan new players money?

It's not hard to find people who care.

Because when you loan money to a new player you have a high risk of never getting it back, and a lot of players dislike the idea of spoon feeding new players rather than helping them help themselves.

What does the title of this thread have to do with your questions?

Not sure what you're asking but generally people on torn get married for the merits and to share the cost on a property. Marrying a new player for that reason is riskier because you don't know if they can commit.

1. Just find someone around your age to marry, so you can grow together in this game.

You have new player chat in the first 30 days, so make use of it by asking for advice there and make friends.

2. Don't borrow cash, find a way to make your own money instead. There are loads of guides on the forums.

All beginnings are hard, it takes time and dedication to establish yourself here in Torn.

Marriage and gambling in Torn are a lot like marriage and gambling irl. If you do it, you'll lose everything.



To stay on topic, yes, there are people here that do care about others and their success in the game. You can find a few on irc.



People don't loan new players money because of the sheer amount of multi accounts out there. Who's to say you didn't create this account to gain more money and funnel to your main account? See what I mean?

You've been playing for less than 2 hours total and in that time managed to upload 5 pics of yourself and visit the forums to ask about loans and marriage.

with advise is not hard, but you should read guides forums first, here is almost all info you need in game.

And for loan, it is hard find person who would loan money in first place (unless them are yours friends), because scamming is legal in this game and 99% you don`t get, back yours money. And with new players this risk increase event more. So if you want money you should work for them not beg them or asking loan (it just bring you free bounties on yours head).
