You could argue for both Mars and Orange.
But with Apple being the only one that doesn't have two meanings I'd say thats where it came from.
That's gonna happen occasionally, overlapping word banks and such. It is fairly easy to work out though and you get multiple tries :P
Did you figure out what the correct answer was?
Pressed Orange the first time, no go.
Pressed Apple the second time and got through the captcha.
