I'm not sure whether I'm being a total idiot or not, but how do I start any kind of territory warfare?

just claim a territory on the city map.
I can't seem to click on the map at all
Do you actually have the required faction upgrade unlocked?
Go to the city map link and zoom in once, then you can click on the available territories.
Use the map in the city link, not the map in the faction territory page.
At least this is what worked for me
Thanks, just me being an idiot :) I wasn't using the city map
