Hello, i would like to ask which skill is best to upgrade? As im new player, then i get merits pretty fast and i dont really want to spend em on useless skills etc. Let me know which one you would upgrade first and so.

Imo, You should upgrade ur edu first...
i would go bank 1st stats/weapons 2nd crime 3rd other than that maybe life points.
building wealth will in turn build stats in the long run and +10% in any stat with say 10k in a stat is nothing right now for you so i would say for you bank 1st crimes 2nd 3rd stats.
but its really up to you
I have upgraded following
- Critical Hit Rate
- Life Points
- Education
- Bank Interest
- Slashing Weapon(I would advice you to stick to single weapon and concentrate merits on it)
- All 4 stats
- Crime XP
- Awareness
Wait until you decide what route you want to take in the game

Then whatever else depending on your game plan. But we all need money.
You already wasted a few merits, but resetting is very expensive so think carefully before you upgrade more. While you're new, forget weapons. What you use now is probably not going to be what you're using by the time those merits matter.
I'd suggest getting education and bank interest before anything else.

ive had my dual 92g berettas equiped for about 9 out of the last 10 years played ;)
havent used them in atleast 2 year tho my yak sword has surved me well retired my kodachi swords that i had from my 1st year still got them tho in my display case =)

Thanks, this looks great :) will start with bank, then crit, stre-speed-dex-def-life and last crime.
I'd personally go to about 8/10 on bank (It's really hard to justify 19 merits for another 2% in interest). I would also suggest putting some into Education, as that will help you unlock valuable parts of the game (like increased gym gains, passive stats, and so on). Crime success rate can also be useful to help you increase your CE at a better rate (as you work your way up through the nerve bars and crimes).
Later, you can start investing into things like your stats or weapon experience, life, and crit rate (These are more attack oriented specials...so you really don't need them until your stats start to reach a point where they're actually useful. You're far too young to be bothered with them right now.)

By the time other things are more important, you will have the funds to reset them anyway.
personally is this what i would suggest for you also. Its pretty close to how i started spending my merits.
Personally I think bank and edu are the most important to max out with ur first 110 merits... I started in a similar way as u did and quickly realized how slow the game progresses and how important the edu and bank merits are over the long haul...
After you've completed those merits, you'll have a better feel for how u want to play ur character and what you'd like to focus on... if u want to be amaster criminal, u can invest in ce... if u want to find cool stuff u can invest in awareness... if u want to bump ur battle stats, u can do that...
But edu and bank give u the best flexibility in the beginning
critical hit, Life, Bank interest, and then I use dual hammers so I have weapon mastery maxed for clubbed weapons But don't worrie about this until you figure out what you are going to use though. Stats are really good after the others are maxed
Spend all merits on edu! The courses will provide you with a ton of benefits that will match your early merit use and you;ll fast track to Glory and Dongs!
