Staff hardly deal with active multis why would inactive ones get a reaction from them.

Moral of the story, if you are having a hard time finding employees just create them...no one important will care.

So see what happens to him if he becomes active again I guess, he went inactive well before our new systems. Alternatively, just report it to staff and they'll investigate immediately.
Any possibility of having inactive companies have a 100% loss debuff? having them delete seemed to work better, having one off for over a year still making money is pulling money from other companies.
