    The entire lease is paid in full when rented.

Simple idea, simply let us return a property without having to wait for the rental period to run out. Just means that we can return loaned properties to friends if we manage to make enough money to buy our own property :)

I would expand this suggestion to allow the renter to send an event to the owner being able to extend the current lease. I regularly rent to the same people so why cannot they just send me an event saying they would like to extend for the same price and same period. Similar to a trade they enter the days and price and you accept or not being the owner.

Obviously not his intention as he didn't mention it in the suggestion?

I imagine this is purely a convenience thing between friends, as well as keeping your property page tidy, which can help if you move from one rented PI to another, for example.

I don't see why this shouldn't be a thing, so long as the person who has rented the property is able to pay off the remaining days on the lease. If you have the extra funds of course you'd wanna upgrade as soon as possible
