While we were dating my wife had a shit valentines day when, at the end of a date, I ran inside my house to grab what she thought was something nice like chocolate or a stuffed animal... and I ended up coming out with some acne medication that I thought would help her. ; )

Absinthe Love is at first sight. Valentines Story:

Ordered a special bottle of Absinthe for Valentines Day 2017. On the way home, stopped at the Zug florist. for a bouquet made of two dozen white roses. Unfortunately the florist had sold all the roses and had only a few cut rose sterns without flowers left. I asked the florist to make a bouquet using the Special Absinthe and the stems, without roses and it was magnificent, a work of art.

Added a beautiful red Valentines day card, and proceeded home where she was so beautiful with nothing at all, and it was apparent that she had spent much of the day preparing a traditional romantic candlelight dinner for us both.

She opened the card and read, "Absinthe makes the heart grow fonder."

I was in jail last year on valentines day, got caught taking flowers off of a grave because I'm to cheap to buy my lumpy ol lady anything.

My valentine in jail gave me crabs and herpes and a pillow to bite.

I'm just glad she likes to let people in her chocolate factory. It really makes Valentine's Day special.

ive been single all my life...

Last Year on Valentine's day, I took my date to a restaurant..

We were eating some spicy food and her nose began to run....So, I offered her my handkerchief..

this is when things got worse..

After she had done wiping, almost the nose region was covered in blue ink and I did take a minute or two to realize the blue inky occurrence..

Last day, I had worn the same jeans, with the same handkerchief in my pocket, and I did remember stuffing a leaky pen down my pocket in a hurry...

She was a bit upset first (cause make up takes time and is expensive and I was laughing like a maniac, But enough not to grab the attention of everyone there in the resteraunt) , But things got along..

So, Shirley is now offering loans which people can't afford to pay off thus increasing debt when all that extra cash is blown in the casino as newbs try to get rich quick. In doing this, Torn is following exactly the same route as RL banks followed in the mid 2000's which created a financial crisis leading to governments having to bail out banks.

In this case, it will just mean that the player base is reduced as people quit but yeah - great business model Ched. Did you wake up this morning and think 'I know what Torn needs - less players' - or is it all a scam to reduce cash in the economy in a poor attempt to decrease deflation?

Either way - not only is Duke being a total knob end again but it appears he is trying to destroy the game.
