I defeated the target, received the code, opened the safe but am stuck here:

Open Duke's safe and deliver him the contents

Inside the safe we're Dukes Dog Ashes but when picking send on that item DUKE doesn't appear, tried with ID 4 and NAME Duke.

Please help.

Just tried it using your account - all works fine. What browser/OS you use? I can send an item for you if you like - if you need to complete the mission right now.
