[Vote] Put Duke Out of Business: Duke's mugs and attacks mean nothing, stop all payments at all to Duke, until he keeps his word!
Recent actions by Duke [4] has proved without a doubt, that he does not keep his word, reference the Duke edited "Charity Thread https://www.torn.com/forums.php#!p=threads&f=2&t=15998294&b=0&a=0", Duke should keep his word always and upgrade the players loans as agreed 10M=10B loan upgrades (as per amount paid) by payment as per Duke's instructions in this thread.
Vote below to censure Duke from Torn permanently, by stopping all interest and principal payments on all loans and other actions immediately. Loan sharks always keep their word, their word is their bond, and this sad and pathetic example needs to end now!
When duke said he was raising money for "sick kids" what he really meant is that all of the proceeds from his valentines day "fundraising" event will be used to bounty you, Champion and Lisa.
Actually, Duke is done in this game, unless he keeps his word, without this, there is nothing more to say, vote above for all actions and fill your hand...
Duke you are going down, your attacks and muggings are meaningless...time for a new Loan Shark with integrity, who always keeps their word period.
I pay my loans back in a timely manner. Most of the time it's paid back that same day.
Despite this, Duke "scammed" me the other day.
So commenting on how some people haven't paid him back doesn't change the fact that Duke doesn't keep his word. Duke has scammed dozens of people on multiple occasions.
But when that is brought up certain people attack the people mentioning it. Like Philistine, this is the 3rd time in the last few days I've seen him jump in to defend Duke. Even going so far as to try to discredit the people that voice valid complaints.
Last september there was a thread where he scammed frightened field mice to pay him or he claimed he would reveal the identity of the mice who send anonymous mails.
You took a gamble and you got scammed. Duke is here to stay and I will pay back my loan + interest. That's what an honorable businessman would do. I will not, however, take out another loan or take missions from Duke. He can go flog himself!
The only thing I don't like is that Duke is not just dumb, but dishonest too. No idea what he might do next. But it's a good crash course in scamming for sure!
