Can Do:
  • Profile pics
  • profile sigs
  • friend banners
  • faction banners
  • bazaar banners
Do Not Do:
  • GIFs
  • hand drawn
Price is left up to the customer (within reason) and factors such as difficulty and amount of time do reflect on the price. I hold the right to refuse any project that either:
  • I do not think I can manage
  • I am not interested in
  • I do not have time for
I more or less do this because I enjoy it and i am willing to work with customers to get them exactly what they want. If you do not like it you do not pay for it and satisfaction is guaranteed. I send out previews as the work goes along so as to change things as needed once the preview has been approved as final half payment is made, finished product is sent then the other half is paid.

Everything is negotiable so if you are interested in getting some custom graphics inbox or pm me. Thank you for your time.

Feel free to check my pics on my profile are still a few there I did for others and all the ones I have done for myself, I try to delete the pic after it has been downloaded by the customer as it is no longer mine. Just to get this over and said I am not claiming to be Da Vinci Im merely offering a service at a price the customer sets on there own and no money is exchanged until the customer is 100% satisfied. Have sold seven in total so far if necessary I can provide references but that seems a bit much to me.

why would you need to use a mixture of programs to add an image to a black background and add some text?.

at best you would need two programs and thats only for the animation.
cl3ric0l [569400]

congrats on the second image just basically added a poor quality render (didnt even blend it in to look real).the weird mirror attempt on the wardrobe and the text on the counter.....all the rest is some1 else's work from Deviantart.

He never claimed to be perfect and for you to just come and try to put another person down is pathetic. How about you just leave him alone seeing as how nobody asked for your opinion. He does a great job, and it doesn't matter what you think, you don't have to get one from him.
cl3ric0l [569400]

except he came into the "graphic"forum claiming to "make gfx".....all i did was point out that on that particular piece that moominberry showed , was that most of it wasnt even his work......if your to stupid or ignorant to see that taking other peoples work and claiming it as your own is wrong then theres no hope for you.
Ashbug1993 [1673251]

Hahaha no hope for me huh that's pretty damn funny. Actually the whole time you have been posting on this forum you have been negative. Like the saying goes don't say anything if you have nothing nice to say. Drives me crazy when people have to be dicks when it has nothing to do with them.

Cl3ric0l's first post is primarily a warning, not an insult. If a piece of artwork doesn't have a license attached to it or it has a license prohibiting usage then it's probably illegal to reuse. Modifying a piece of digital art, whether it be an image, photo, or render that doesn't have a license is considered stealing.

Most of the time no one's gonna issue a takedown notice but if the artist were to see you selling it, it's definitely gonna provoke action. Since he's selling for Torn dollars it's probably not gonna lead to legal consequences but the chance is definitely there(even if it wasn't illegal you're still doing something immoral by using someone's work in an unintended way).

I dunno how much of the work on here violates licensing laws but if there's a Creative Commons zero license attached usually you don't have to attribute the original artist and you're free to use their work commercially. Different licenses have different restrictions. It's not about how much or how little you modify it. It's about how the author intended his art to be used.

I'm no lawyer so I couldn't tell you how this works in different countries.

All I'm saying is, it's not just immoral to use work without permission; it can be illegal.

For this case, the original artist is most likely Wiebke Scholz:

http://aeyol.cgsociety.org/art/concept-photoshop-art-simon-sorcerer-background-2d-magic-shop-1223452

He created this piece of art for a game called Simon the Sorcerer: Between Worlds. I don't believe this game will ever come out but the artist did create this piece for money and has chosen not to include a license permitting free usage.
