How does my karma on forums increase?
People need to upvote (pressing the thumbs up button) your threads or your posts. Here have an upvote. You will see that your karma increases.
It can go down as well, if people above your karma downvote, but never negative.
ignore it is the best thing to do and hope it goes away.
Beyond that there is no other information you require imho.
Be funny and talk shit and start a lot of drama in the forums
Post a thread in general asking for Karma so people can donate it to you.

Rewards for karma are pretty cool
5k karma gym is cool, the $2,000,000,000 to unlock it is a pretty hefty sum though.
I'll let you know what happens when i reach the 10k milestone
