FHC

How and when do I use a FHC with full energy before training or after training to have another go?

I know the answer may be obvious.

FHC does not stack, use when you have no energy. It will warn you about having full energy, though if you go to use an FHC (if you do have full energy)

It is like a refill with points - use it with zero energy and it will give you a full amount. Also, it provides a 500 boost to happiness.

I suggest the following and only this method for training for fhcs

1. Get your stats in hanks ratio. (unlocks a special gym for 3 out of 4 of your stats}

2. Train all e

3 use 4 fhcs (training after each refill)

4. Before your happy timer runs out use your e refill

5 before your happy timer runs out pop a xanax.

6. Train. Observe the massive gains

I suggest the following method for training with FHCs:

1. Don't. Sell them and buy cans. FHCs are for warring, cans are for training.

okay i guess my wat was more referencing your last statement. Ignoring money issues because frankly if you have that kind of networth just stick to your three xan+refill, if anything it's the other way round - FHCs provide a much needed happy boost for training, which is completely useless during a war period.
