Lol, that'd be a cool suggestion, to like have duke's minions sort of speak sitting in foreign countries so they can mug you over there xD

He doesn't mug you but he does send people overseas to defeat folks who've been dormant. So in a way, he does reach across the ocean to thump some people.

He can't mug you when your flying! No one can! But he sure can sick people on you a#_$s for cash you owe him. Mugging in the air? Never heard of that , it's a new one I've heard now!
