i Successfully mugged Bundles but he had no money and game will not let you send 0 money,
anyone have any idea how to get around this

i Successfully mugged Bundles but he had no money and game will not let you send 0 money,

That means he is currently under mug protection, try again in a few hours when it has had a chance to wear off partly.
He's attacked more then 20 times a day and a siginicant part of these attacks are mug attempts, so it will be very hard to find him not under mugprotection. My suggestion: Send him some cash before you attack him. That new cash is not under mugprotection and should make it possible for you to succesfully mug him.
At a higher level if you aren't going to send him a lot of cash to make sure you can get past the mug protect it may not be enough.
That works better at low levels when they are less likely to have any real cash on hand.
