Check the tutorials section. There's a ton of charts. A faction can only have 6 trees at a time so it depends on which ones. No faction can have them all.
Although I suppose in theory a faction could unlock all of them. It'll be a while before we see that. Maybe...
You're gonna need around 31 million ish at LEAST, for the cheapest max upgrades... That's just a rough back of the napkin math figure though...
