I didn't see anything about time. It was win, lose or draw.

I didn't bet according to a time limit, it was match result.

Any bet that has a Draw option included, irrespective of whether it says 60/90 mins (depending on the sport), Will pay out at the end of Regulation time. Overtime/Shootouts only count on bets with No draw option.

As has been discussed in related threads, soccer match results are the score at the end of the 2nd half.

If a tourny requires extra time, that is separate from the actual match. Man U v Anderlecht did not have extra time for the individual match. It required extra time for a 2-leg tourney advancement decision.

(For what it's worth, I lost a $500m bet on Man U.)

Actually there was extra time, they scored the winner in minute 107.

Right. And for the bookie, the extra time doesn't relate to the individual game.

The regulation game ended in a draw.

Because both legs of this round of the tournament were draws, they needed to go into extra time for tournament advancement purposes.

So, the game ended in a draw after two halves. And then, through extra time, Man U advanced.



Like we saw in the Real Madrid v Bayern Munich game, there was a mistaken payout based on Real winning after extra time, when Bayern had actually won at the end of the regulation game. The Man U v Anderlecht game had the same dynamic (except regulation ended in a draw, instead of a win). Man U did NOT win the game, but they did advance.

Anyone that bet for a "draw" should win this bet.
While I'd be happy to get paid for my wrong bet, Man U did not win the game.

Ah. I must have had poor wording. I wasn't trying to say there wasn't extra time played, but rather to make the point that the extra time was not to decide this individual match, but to decide the 2-leg tourney round.

You must make decision based on kind of game. If it is league game, suppose the win count only at 90 minute. But when it is cup or the game must have a team to qualify to next round, win must count until the final minute to extra time. Unless it is draw and a have penalty kick, it is count as draw and the team who has lost the penalty count as lost. Or the easier thing to do is to write really big at bet 90 min so nobody will argue it..

And for me just about misunderstanding about the rule the win in 90min, the pleasent and very good way to staff are to refund the bet. So everyone will understand the rule and very happy to get back their money. So next time they will take lesson from this thing and know very clear about the rules. Thanks staff

No, we do the same as real life bookies. Your idea would create even more confusion because we'd be paying differently than the bookies we use in order to set the bets up in the first place.
