First off! Im sorry if this has been said but my luck at finding things in forums suck unless it has to do with cars lol. Anyway, is there a nice easy way to find new people who want to join a faction and actually try and be a part of it? i've heard u can filter or something but honestly idk how to do that while on my phone...? any help or a guide to help me out? thank u anyone who reads this and if u wanna be a part of my faction then pm me OR just help me out figuring things out lol. If i put this in the wrong spot please place it where it should go? thank you

Try the faction recruitment section of the forums
I think the search function your talking about is for donators only.
check trade chat, forums for people that's looking for a faction that fits yours
Definitely faction recruitment section. Put up a thread of your faction there.
