In this system there are definately some pro/cons to each side attacking/defending.
i would prefer to be an attacker though, as defenders have to wait out the full 3 days and run out the clock while attackers have the chance to end it before then, i like my wars short, sweet, and bloody - i think i would be annoying having to defend for 3 days.

Technically speaking you only need to defend for 2 days 10 hours 06 minutes 41 seconds if you can keep them at 0 for that long.. It really depends on the where the bar is at a specific time and you could just decide to give up...

Yeah, cause UGK in that case, during the beta, got totally screwed by the time change at the last second.
